Position Overview:
As the Nursing Manager for Heartview's MAT and OTP Clinics in Bismarck, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the essential clinical services to patients in substance abuse treatment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Plan, implement, and direct all medically-related patient care processes for the residential facility, medication-assisted treatment, outpatient treatment, and the opioid treatment program.
- Provide education classes for CPR/First Aide, Nursing Assistant, and Medication Assistant I, as well as training nurses on procedures and policies.
- Oversee all patient assessments, admissions, medication administration, documentation, treatment planning, and care.
- Provide on-call nursing coverage as scheduled (up to 6 weeks/year), including potential holidays and weekends, as well as intermittent on-call as needed due to the level of the position.
- Oversee department adherence to privacy laws/releases of information.
- Participate in providing education, care, and support for patients; prepare and present educational programs within the community, as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:
- An unencumbered and current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Dakota, or the ability to become licensed within the state.
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience.
- A minimum of two years of nursing supervisory experience.
- A current and valid driver’s license with no open cases.
