We seek a Special Markets Manager to grow our U.S. DSO sales. Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, your first-year goals include:
- Securing $300k in incremental business beyond run rate growth.
- Improving DSO office penetration rate by 24%.
- Increasing average, per office sales by 30%.

- Competitive base salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.

Requirements
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding goals.
- At least five years of dental or medical sales experience with group practices using a structured sales process.
- At least three years of experience planning sales and marketing strategies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work from home effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time to tradeshows, seminars, and related events.
