We seek a Special Markets Manager to grow our U.S. DSO sales. Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, your first-year goals include:  

  • Securing $300k in incremental business beyond run rate growth.
  • Improving DSO office penetration rate by 24%.
  • Increasing average, per office sales by 30%.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.

Requirements

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding goals. 
  • At least five years of dental or medical sales experience with group practices using a structured sales process. 
  • At least three years of experience planning sales and marketing strategies is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work from home effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time to tradeshows, seminars, and related events.
