Role Overview: 

As an Account Executive at Trust Tech, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base, introducing our products and services to potential clients, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish. 


Key Responsibilities: 

 

Primary Responsibilities (80% New Business Focus)

  • Find and Capture New Business: Actively seek out and pursue new client opportunities through research, outbound calls, in-person visits, and networking.
     
  • Explain and Position Our Services: Clearly communicate how our technology services can help potential clients improve and grow their businesses.
     
  • Analyze and Recommend: Identify opportunities within prospective clients’ operations, using clear data points to demonstrate how our solutions fit their needs.
     

Additional Responsibilities

  • Listen and Suggest: Understand each client’s unique needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
     
  • Keep Detailed Records: Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM to ensure consistent follow-ups and accountability.
     
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Stay connected with existing clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
     
  • Collaborate with the Team: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support for clients.
     
  • Stay Organized: Manage your schedule, tasks, and follow-ups effectively to keep your pipeline and client relationships moving forward.
Requirements

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Impeccable communication skills. 
  • A team player attitude. 
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
