JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an Estimator to join our team. If you want to work for a great company, and you are a Microsoft Excel whiz, we would love to speak with you. We provide interior finishes to residential homebuilders throughout Florida, and we work with national to local homebuilders including Lennar, GL Homes, DR Horton, Kolter Homes, and many more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to complete job functions such as preforming deductions and preparing
- proposals.
- Organize proposals for clients.
- Actively communicate with vendors for pricing details.
- Create job templates.
- Receive estimating request and organizing information such as plans, specifications, and bid
- manuals.
- Holds the ability to work independently and the ability to manage multiple assignments while
- meeting deadlines.
- Receives change orders and revisions for in-progress projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Proficient in Excel.
- High School Diploma or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- Analytical skills.
