H2 Health is seeking a compassionate floater Patient Coordinator to work PRN supporting the needs of our clinics in Glasgow, Horse Cave, and Columbia clinics. As a Floater Patient Coordinator, you will coordinate appointments, obtain and update patients' information, process referrals, insurance authorization, and verification, ensure patient satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be the face of our clinic. Your outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing excellent care will ensure that our patients have a positive experience with us.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
