Heartview Foundation is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee staff and patient care at our Dickinson residential recovery facility. This leadership role supports patients on their recovery journey while ensuring smooth facility operations.
Position Summary:
As the Residential Manager, you will supervise residential staff and manage day-to-day operations of the facility while maintaining a supportive environment for both patients and staff. You’ll play a critical role in overseeing patient care, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall success of the residential recovery program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate residential staff.
- Manage facility needs, including scheduling, maintenance, and supplies.
- Oversee patient safety, care, and therapeutic activities.
- Foster a supportive recovery environment.
- Attend leadership meetings and contribute to program improvement.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR/AED, first aid, and Narcan training (or ability to obtain).
- Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
