E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Expert All Source Analyst to join our team in Redstone Arsenal, AL in support of the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC). This role conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature and provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources provided by the Government to identify current and emerging threats, ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats, and provide analysis concerning the future evolution of the threats.
- Perform database entry of pertinent intelligence reporting into the Sentinel database. Create, connect, and correlate new entities and records. Update existing records with fresh or corrected information.
- Identify investigative leads and operational opportunities for possible exploitation by Army CI.
- Identify intelligence gaps concerning current and emerging threats, and develop intelligence information report evaluations, recommended source-directed requirements, and recommended collection requirements of emphases to focus collection activities against those gaps.
- Communicate their analytic findings in written assessments, formal analytic notes, briefings with graphics, written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs, and informal verbal briefings and participation in working groups, conferences, and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and CI information.
- Maintain collaborative contact with their counterparts in the Army CI community concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma with at least 30 years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree with at least 24 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 22 years of relevant experience; OR Master's Degree with at least 20 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience within the past two years.
- Experience support DoD CI Activities as an All Source Intelligence Analyst.
- Must have experience with AR 381-20 (US Army Counterintelligence); AR 381-10 (US Intelligence); and DoDI 5240.23 (CI Activities in Cyberspace).
- Must be a certified DoD All source Intelligence Analyst (351F, 35F, or other DoD equivalent).
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- DoD All Source Analyst with operational assignments in multiple geographic COCOM’s.
- Graduate of a service-related instructor training program or have two years instructor experience
