Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for retrieving, confirming, and inputting product selections from builder purchase orders. Maintains up-to-date records until the installation phase, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Works with new home blueprints ensuring that all products and quantities necessary for the build are on the purchase order.
  • Confirms that builder selections and builder work orders are consistent. 
  • Responsible for notifying the builder of any P.O. discrepancies.
  • Note installation guidelines and directions according to builder specifications listed on the builder work order. 
  • Prepares materials to be ordered by the purchasing department. 
  • Coordinates product available changes within the builder team. 
  • Provides support to Builder Account Manager. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
