Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization? Heartview Foundation is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent support to our interdisciplinary team and the individuals we serve. 


 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks (filing, typing, scheduling, and supply management).
  • Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries.
  • Manage patient registration, appointments, and records.
  • Assist with insurance verifications and submission processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s mission.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; two years of office experience preferred.
  • Two years minimum of experience in reception/office work preferred. 
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
