Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, typing, scheduling, and supply management).
- Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and records.
- Assist with insurance verifications and submission processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s mission.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; two years of office experience preferred.
- Two years minimum of experience in reception/office work preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
