In 2019, RxAnte launched Mosaic Pharmacy Service (MPS), a wholly-owned subsidiary. Designed specifically to provide long-term care pharmacy services to medically complex and vulnerable seniors, MPS will directly improve prescribing, adherence, and drug therapy outcomes for patients under our care.
Job Profile
The Product Manager will lead the development of priority product enhancements and new technology solutions for MPS. The Manager will help to develop MPS’ product roadmap and identify solutions to create and enhance a scalable and efficient high-touch pharmacy business. The Manager also manages projects between internal development teams and MPS stakeholders. With support from the Business Analyst, the Manager creates and/or reviews and approves requirements to support the product development process. The Product Manager works collaboratively with the Product team to advance solutions to meet MPS’s strategic goals.
Specific responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives with support from the VP, Product and the Salesforce Admin for the customer relationship management (CRM) and pharmacy operations platform, including efficient delivery of proprietary analytic tools to support patient onboarding, medication intake and clinical reviews, as well as enable reporting for operational improvement
- Collaborate with Product, MPS leadership, and RxAnte technical and analytics leadership to prioritize and scope new product offerings in support of MPS’ strategic imperatives and organizational objectives
- Partner with development, analytic and operations teams to prioritize work, address roadblocks, and make trade-off decisions as required to “get the job done” well
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at MPS to support product releases, anticipate change management, deliver product training, and communicate product releases to MPS users
- Manage and support internal product management process and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field, public health, communications, management information systems, information systems, marketing or other related field(s)
- 2+ years of product management experience, including experience in healthcare information technology and/or pharmacy sector of healthcare
- Experience with CRM platforms, in particular Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred)
- Product Management or Agile certification (preferred)
- Proficient at listening, assessing and responding to client and stakeholder feedback
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Able to set, prioritize, and meet aggressive goals and deadlines
- Collaborative and able to work across an organization to accomplish goals

- Position is 80% remote, 20% onsite in Sterling, VA
