Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth initiatives. The Senior Sales Executive will drive the growth of Healthrise by selling comprehensive solutions and services to new clients. This role involves leveraging professional networks, initiating relationships with executive-level clients, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. The individual will sell solutions across our four service lines – Revenue Cycle Consulting, EHR Services, Revenue Cycle Management, and Technology and Analytics – to C-Level executives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new clients, expanding Healthrise's presence in the healthcare revenue cycle and clinical services sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and widen base in each area.
- Achieve annual sales goals and market penetration targets.
- Educate internal teams on market trends and enterprise solutions.
- Partner with internal executives to introduce Healthrise solutions to clients.
- Define growth opportunities through industry, client, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a healthcare business development role.
- Experience with CRM tools- HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Depth and background in the professional services and healthcare consulting industry. Able to communicate an understanding of the industry and the influences that impact the current and future states of the marketplace to internal and external audiences.
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions and leading solution providers (vendors) and ability to translate needs within the market preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of professional services selling and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue.
- Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close business deals through executive contacts. Extensive experience identifying client issues and priorities and providing solutions based upon the services of the firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite focused on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel based on pipeline opportunities up to 50%.
