The Opportunity
Join a dynamic sales team, focused on ERP Software for Municipal Governments in Alberta. We are an Alberta-based data and service company that’s been in business for over 30 years, and has just launched a Cloud-based ERP solution to complement our existing suite of municipal SaaS products. Catalis has has seen year over year growth and is well positioned to increase our breadth and depth within the rural and small / medium urban markets, and we are looking for top-talent team members who can help take us to the next level.
What you Will do
- Grow and cultivate relationships with new municipal government clients in their search for ERP software to achieve bookings targets
- Drive opportunities from a combination of hunting, farming, referrals, trade shows, and other marketing / demand gen activities
- Collaborate with management, product owners, team leaders, and other stakeholders essential to the role.
What you Will Need to Succeed
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP software sales
- Strong business acumen, with experience in enterprise sales cycles as the customer advocate
- Ability to engage in strategic, long-term relationships
- Identify winnable opportunities within target markets
- Achieve monthly sales quotas by effectively selling the right solutions to the right customers
- Attention to detail, with consistent and accurate CRM updates
- Highly skilled in complex proposals & RFP’s
