Description

Trenam Law is seeking legal assistant candidates with 3+ years of experience in legal administrative tasks that should include specific experience in corporate or healthcare transactional legal practices.  Preference will be given to those with a desire to learn, possess advanced technical skills and has an innate client service inclination. This positions will be located in our Tampa office.


Summary/Objective
Enhance attorney effectiveness by providing exceptional support to maintain organization, communicate with clients and others within the practice group, have or quickly develop a thorough understanding of the processes within the business transactions practice. In corporate/transactions a familiarity of common documents used for corporate formations and other contracts will allow the assistant to rapidly get up to speed. The position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate handling of emails and instructions provided by email or phone, daily use of Word, to include formatting/editing/drafting will be required. The position will require the aptitude to quickly learn the firms process for conflicts and new matters.
