Position Overview
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Your role includes greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service throughout their stay. You’ll also assist with concierge duties and maintain smooth front desk operations while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel front desk experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Opera/Opera Cloud experience a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
