MindTouch is looking to bring a Customer Success Manager onto the team. We are growing fast, so if it’s a fit, you’ll be joining at a point where you’ll be able to make a significant impact on the company.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships from the C-Level down.
  • Research and become an expert in industry trends and information.
  • Conduct web-based sales presentations.
  • Drive revenue by meeting individual sales quota.
  • Educate, present and upsell MindTouch's additional products to customers
Requirements
  • 5-7 years Account Management/Customer Success experience.
  • Comfort in speaking with VP's and C-Suite personas at Fortune 500 Companies. 
  • Experience with Enterprise style clients.
  • 3-5 years SaaS experience.
  • Startup experience.
  • Experience with content management is a plus. 
  •  Self Starter Mentality.
  • High level business acumen.
  • Must understand SaaS metrics
  • Confidence
