The Position
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, collaborating with the marketing team on targeted recruitment campaigns, coordinating recruitment efforts, attending industry conferences, and assisting senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in developing engaging content and materials to attract top talent.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Attend industry conferences and career fairs to represent the company and network with potential candidates.
- Provide coverage for recruiters who are out on vacation, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Physical Effort & Working Conditions
Work is performed in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday – Friday, although project support may require temporary adjustments to those hours only as needed.
Position reports to the office for first six-months then qualifies to moves to hybrid with successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
