Summary:
The Marketing Project Coordinator leads marketing operations and focused projects from concept to completion and will use Wrike to manage project timelines, tasks, and communications, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. The Marketing Project Coordinator works alongside two Project Managers and collaborates across multiple teams to deliver projects that elevate the Whisker brand and drive growth.
What You'll Do:

- Project Management: Oversees and manages the full project lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Wrike Management: Utilizes Wrike (a project management tool comparable to Asana) to set up and track project milestones, assign tasks, and monitor team progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration: Partners with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Web Development, Product to streamline project workflows and define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Resource Allocation: Works with leadership and the Marketing Operations team to assign project responsibilities and manage workload distribution.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improves marketing operations processes to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Develops and implements tracking mechanisms to monitor project performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Anticipates potential risks and develops contingency plans to mitigate project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures the quality and accuracy of all marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and user experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provides regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key insights.
- Documentation: Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
- Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
Not Required but Nice to Have!
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns, tools, and channels
- Experience using Wrike
