Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to join our team in providing mental health services. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health and a passion for helping individuals cope with various challenges. We pay based on a per group rate of anywhere between $40-65 per group to include clinical documentation. Salaried positions are available if the individual is working more than 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy sessions for individuals dealing with PTSD, Mood disorders/thought disorders, and other mental health issues. This can include psychoeducation, yoga, nutrition, music, art, emotion regulation, family systems, trauma education and more.
• Provide effective group therapy and document in our EMR good clinical notes for insurance
• Offer psychotherapy services to support patients in their recovery journey
• Collaborate with clinical and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

• Proficiency in medical documentation related to inpatient and outpatient mental health services
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions, particularly in trauma informed care, evidence based modalities and holistic modalities.
• Strong background in social work or related field
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays as needed
• Familiarity with client de-escalation and appropriate interventions.
