JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to come work for our team! The perfect individual for this role has the ability to: work with their hands, keep a busy space organized, make occasional deliveries, and be a part of a team that works towards the same goal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Your day-to-day at the distribution center: When you walk in, you’ll check out your space, say hi to your team and review orders for the day. This will determine what products need to be moved, gathered, stocked, or distributed. As needed, you’ll help our delivery drivers by assembling customer orders and loading and unloading the delivery trucks. (You may, on rare occasions, need to make quick deliveries yourself, using a company car.) As products come in and out of the warehouse, you’ll make sure that they are marked, organized, and arranged in their designated spots. There’s so much to do in the distribution center, which means that you will never have a dull day!
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

For this role, we’re on the lookout for an individual who can lift 75-100 pounds of materials, unassisted, on a regular basis. Occasionally you may interact with customers, so having personable customer service skills is a plus. Most importantly, you’ll need to know how to problem-solve and communicate effectively with your team. Bonus points if you already know how to drive a forklift!
