Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of behavioral health (or a willingness to learn through a comprehensive training program) and be committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with unique needs. Team dynamics are essential to how we build our staff, and the ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset above all other skill sets. BHTs will be responsible for supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to reinforce modern coping skills and multifaceted approaches to lasting behavioral changes within our client population. We all posses a unique background and life-experience path, and everyone on our team has the capacity and ability to contribute to a lasting change within those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including those with PTSD.
- Assist with medication administration and monitor vital signs, including inhaled medications.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize crisis management and crisis intervention techniques to manage behaviors in a safe and supportive manner.
- Collect and analyze data related to client behavior and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement behavioral management strategies.
Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
