Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. DSPs will work closely with clients to develop and implement individualized support plans, and will provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities which may include bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and their support teams
- Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
- Promote independence, connection, and self-advocacy
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
