The Customer Operations team is seeking a customer-obsessed Solutions Architect (SA) who will be responsible for leading the technical strategy development, execution and support of solutions and programs with commercial customers. You will provide innovative thought leadership and deep knowledge of technical integration solutions with a strong eye for business value and scalability, and the ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders.
The Solutions Architect operates as a highly skilled technical resource involved in the delivery of solutions throughout the post-sales customer journey. This position works directly with Bridge Connector’s Customer Operations Team, Client Experience Team, and Product and Engineering Teams to understand customers’ technical requirements, end user workflows, networking requirements, and application structure to architect highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions for the commercial client base.
