Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In

this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing

transactions, and ensuring that all financial data is in compliance with regulations and company

policies. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, and

the ability to work independently to maintain smooth financial operations.


This is a hybrid position and will require a few days in the office per week. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions and update financial records.
  • Prepare customer invoices and collect payments.
  • Process vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Assist with processing payroll and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee documents in HRIS system.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for receipts, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees and.
  • Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
