We are seeking an ambitious and driven Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our growing sales organization. The Head of Strategic Partnerships is a key leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing partnerships that align with the organization's sales goals. This role involves identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships with partners to drive growth and innovation. You will work closely with executive leadership, key decision-makers, build relationships, and offer tailored solutions to address business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
New Partnership Development: 30%
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and structure agreements to achieve mutual benefit
Relationship Management: 30%
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its partners.
Market Analysis and Networking: 20%
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Strategic Planning: 15%
- Align partnership goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop strategies to maximize the value of collaborations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to integrate partnership strategies.
- Ensure partnerships deliver value across different organizational functions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: 5%
- Set KPIs for partnerships and measure outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on partnership success and areas for improvement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for structuring win-win agreements.
- Partnership: Track record of building successful partnership programs.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align partnership goals with long-term business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or partnerships preferably in SaaS, technology, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a high-growth environment.
- Strong network and experience in working with C-suite and senior executives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and activities.
- Travel up to 30%
