Description
Responsibilities include:
- Manage/lead branch personnel
- Prepare and distribute reports to board
- BSA Officer
- Be able to cover all areas of the branch if needed
- Assist with overflow of customers
- Assist with training of branch staff
- Assist with branch audits
- Assist with special projects
- Monitor NSFs and close repeat overdraft accounts
- Conduct teller meetings
- Be familiar with all products and services of the Bank and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Responsible for complying with BSA policies and procedures.
- May have lending authority
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) or more years Bank experience
- Relevant computer skills
- Demonstrate leadership & supervisory abilities
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Aptitude for figures
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to type
- Stress tolerance
- Neat appearance
- Pleasant personality
