Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage/lead branch personnel
  • Prepare and distribute reports to board
  • BSA Officer
  • Be able to cover all areas of the branch if needed
  • Assist with overflow of customers
  • Assist with training of branch staff
  • Assist with branch audits
  • Assist with special projects
  • Monitor NSFs and close repeat overdraft accounts
  • Conduct teller meetings
  • Be familiar with all products and services of the Bank and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Responsible for complying with BSA policies and procedures.
  • May have lending authority
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) or more years Bank experience
  • Relevant computer skills
  • Demonstrate leadership & supervisory abilities
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Aptitude for figures
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to type
  • Stress tolerance
