Job Overview:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting talent for all open positions for a growing company. The recruiter must be highly organized, and demonstrate that they have the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced work environment. The recruiter ensures that the best qualified applicants are hired and provides support to the human resources department.

Directly Reports To: Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of recruiting including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, phone screening, evaluating candidates, and prequalifying candidates
  • Arranges, schedules, and conducts interviews
  • Learns the needs of each department and works closely with the hiring managers
  • Provides information to candidates on requirements of the position, job location, and verifies candidate availability and qualifications
  • Maintains all job boards and attracts applicants by placing job advertisements
  • Tracks recruitment KPI’s and must be familiar with applicant tracking systems
  • Provides updates and reports on staffing metrics and recruitment efforts to management
  • Ensures that all positions are fully staffed and meets all the deadlines that are set by the Company and hiring managers
  • Communicates with candidates at various stages of the hiring process
  • Networks with appropriate talent and professional communities to attract top talent including participating in hiring events or job fairs
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements

 Candidate Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or equivalent work experience in recruitment
  • Familiarity with job boards including ZipRecruiter and Indeed
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
  • Exceptional phone skills and ability to navigate online job boards
  • Extremely proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and all other Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organized and must handle information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be legally able to work in U.S
  • Excellent technical skills, including using computers, the internet and file sharing required.
  • Ability to work in faced paced environment
  • Ability to take directions and execute with minimum supervision
