Assist in operating a safe and clean nursery by loading/unloading incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining equipment, sweeping and cleaning throughout the nursery, watering, weeding, planting, and assisting guests.

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the nursery by engaging with customers on site and making their experience positive.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Knowledge of forklift and skid-steer preferred.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must pass a drug test to operate equipment.

Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers.

Arrive on time and be ready to work scheduled hours.

Stand and walk for long periods of time on asphalt, concrete and other varied surfaces.

Work in all weather conditions: snow, rain, freezing temperatures, wind and extreme heat. Wear appropriate clothing for each season.

Expected to work weekends and holidays.
