Catania Oils, a leading packager and processor of plant-based edible oils, is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Electrician to join our team. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product integrity and employee development, making us a top manufacturer in Central Mass.

 As a Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining facility electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes. 

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and execute drawings, schematics, blueprints and electrical code specifications
• Install, repair or replace AC/DC motors, drives, transformers, starters, relays, and hydraulic & gas electrical controls
• Install, repair or replace electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, line assemblies, lighting, and alternative electrical parts
• Install electrical circuits, as well as panels, conduit, protecting devices, switches and equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs and keep maintenance records

• Active Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Mass. 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes
• Previous experience working with Industrial Machinery from a technical perspective
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
