What You Will Do:
As our Engineered Wood Territory Representative, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the construction industry. Your role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key Engineered Wood Products stakeholders like specifiers, code officials, architects and engineering professionals. You will champion the benefits of wood systems and engineered wood products, driving adoption of new technology, energy efficient designs, and cutting-edge construction methods.
**The South Texas/Gulf Coast Territory Engineered Wood Specialist would ideally be located along the I-10 corridor between San Antonio and Houston. The South Texas/Gulf Coast Territory Engineered Wood Specialist dedicates a significant portion of their time to these markets with occasional travel to Louisiana, Mississippi and the Alabama Gulf coast markets. This geographical scope reflects the Representative’s role in promoting engineered wood products and fostering valuable connections throughout the South Texas/Gulf Coast Territory. The ideal candidate will live within this area or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields OR equivalent experience in the construction industry.
Understanding of residential material supply chain, a plus.
Deep understanding of wood frame construction and building science.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Candidates with experience as a design engineer, building official, architect or construction manager are highly encouraged to apply.
