What You Will Be Doing
As a Restoration and Mitigation Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The Restoration and Mitigation Sales Account Executive will market Renu’s services to the various clients, asset managers, owner/operators, insurance carriers, adjusters ,TPAs and building consultants.
Essential Job Functions
- Understands the restoration market and how to find, sell and capture new work.
- Understands how to be both a “hunter” and “farmer” with new sales opportunities.
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.
- Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary a sales plan.
- Attend and assist with promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
- Documents and maintains sales work and activity through Dynamics and CRM platforms.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Generate business leads and handles promotion of all Renu Verticals and National presence.
- Establish Regional Accounts with Adjusters, Third-Party Administrators, Risk Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Managers, end users, contractors, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in Restoration.
- 3-4 years of relevant sales or marketing experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Xactimate required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the United States.
- Position may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office.
- May require overnight travel at least 15% or more as needed.

Work Environment
- This is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX with frequent travel offsite for client meetings and trade shows.
