We are looking for a motivated, organized, proactive person with strong interpersonal skills to join our growing company in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The HR Manager has responsibility for driving key HR strategies, initiatives and processes, providing benefits administration and ensuring effective communication of benefit plans to staff. Directs the evaluation of benefit programs and makes recommendations for changes and updates as needed. Additionally responsible for processing of bimonthly payroll.
