Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Director, you will lead a team of skilled clinicians while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, patient satisfaction, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and support clinicians to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and mobility.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to drive clinical and operational success.
- Engage with the community to promote the clinic and expand patient access to care.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience: Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
