The Position

Aria Care Partners is looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a solid grasp of composition, layout, and typography. The graphic designer will create digital and collateral that showcase our products, services, and brand. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects with the target audience. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and provide creative direction for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  •  Design cohesive, on-brand creative assets for digital and print, including web graphics, presentations, email templates, tradeshow graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and evolve Aria’s visual brand identity across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with teams on materials such as web pages, presentations, sales collateral, internal communications, and newsletters.
  • Work independently and with the marketing team to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Develop innovative graphic designs across various media to meet business goals.
  • Assist with events and presentations, and provide tradeshow support, including design asset creation and vendor coordination.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or relevant design tools.
  • Experience with web design software or web development tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Attention to visual detail and ability to follow style guides and brand guidelines
  • Working knowledge with motion graphics, video content, or 3D
  • Provide a portfolio showcasing examples of digital and print work

Physical Efforts & Working Conditions

Work is performed in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.


This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday – Friday, although project support may require temporary adjustments to those hours only as needed. 


Position reports to the office for first six-months then qualifies to moves to hybrid with successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.
