The Position

This position is responsible for monthly billing for the Policy Administration team. Monthly billing includes the generation and printing of all policy billing statements, fee for service bills, and bills for partner license fees. Essential Duties

 

  • Going to the post office every morning
  • Checking the PO Boxes downstairs
  • Logging each check by 10:30am / mail distribution to different departments
  • Send outgoing mail for Policy Admin Team daily
  • Reconcile the check logs
  • At the end of each month saving the check log and creating a new one
  • Uploading batch reports and refund stubs to SharePoint
  • Generate polices and statements.
  • Confirm deposit dates on checks sent to Commerce.
  • RTS mail
  • Sending out refunds and mailing them out
  • Other various tasks not mentioned above


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years previous applicable experience

  • Computer - experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Physical Effort & Working Conditions

Work is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
