Description

What We Need:

MikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for an Account Executive to join our Paid Digital practice and execute paid marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence in collaboration with our finance and account teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend campaign management expertise with operational process improvement. This is a hybrid position and requires 2 days (in-person) in our New York City office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet client KPIs.
  • Influencer campaign whitelisting and boosting will be a particular focus area of this role – experience and familiarity with this process is a plus.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies, and create compelling ad copy and creatives in partnership with the creative team.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to optimize performance and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and manage campaign pacing. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to recommend innovative strategies for clients.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights, aligning results with client goals.
  • Use analytics tools (platform-specific dashboards, in-house reporting technology) to track ROI, attribution, and overall campaign success.
  • Present campaign results to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Generate clear excel reports on campaign performance. 

Operations & Process Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and payment processing.
  • Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, budget approvals, and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, invoices, and reconciliations for internal and client audits

Client Collaboration:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for paid media-related inquiries, providing proactive recommendations and updates.
  • Work with account managers to align paid media strategies with broader client marketing goals.


Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications + Success Factors:

  • Experience: 2+ years in paid media management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Ninjacat), and project management tools (Asana, etc.). 
  • Experience with Excel and the ability to quickly and accurately analyze large amounts of data, specifically with pivot tables. 
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for both internal and client-facing interactions.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
