Operations Opening

• Lifeguard/Water Safety:(Certification Required & Training Available)  A lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all visitors by actively monitoring the pools, water slides, and other attractions. They are trained to respond quickly to emergencies, providing first aid, performing rescues, and enforcing park safety rules. Additionally, lifeguards are expected to enforce safety procedures across the property to ensure guest safety at all times to prevent accidents. Individuals offered a role as a Lifeguard/Water Safety employee are provided training dates for certification which must be attended & passed to complete the employment offer. Training to become a certified Ellis & Associates lifeguard is provided (with pre-requisite requirements) for a fee but reimbursed once certain employment criteria are met. (Age 15+)
• Park Services/Custodial: A park service attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the park, including restrooms, food areas, and poolside spaces. They assist guests by providing information, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Additionally, they may handle lost and found items, refill restroom supplies, and support other staff to enhance the overall guest experience. (Age 15+)
• Groundskeeper: A groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the park's outdoor areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness across walkways, lawns, and gardens. They handle tasks such as trash collection, landscaping, and upkeep of park infrastructure like benches and signage. Additionally, they may assist with basic repairs and help create a welcoming environment for visitors. (Age 18+)

Revenue Openings

• Food and Beverage Coordinator: Come splash into operational excellence! A Seasonal Food and Beverage Coordinator oversees multiple Food and Beverage areas of the park. The coordinator oversees operational practices; ordering, inventory, safety, cleanliness, revenue, and customer service to ensure overall operations are aligned with company values. Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity and safety measures as established for the Revenue Department. Embodies a culture to mentor leadership and team members, finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Coordinators must have a passion for developing and retaining top talent to deliver Good-Clean-Fun. Soak up amazing benefits while getting paid! (Age 18+)
• Admissions/Front Gate: Members of the Admissions Team work at the front of the park greeting guests, performing daily ticket and season pass sales, and control the entrance and exit of the park. Position requires an outstanding personality, ability to handle money, and attention to detail. (Age 15+)
• Retail/Gift Shop: Do you enjoy seeing guests happy? Our retail attendants provide guests with lasting memories by assisting in the sale of Typhoon Texas fashion and memorabilia. (Age 15+)
• Birthday Host: We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing birthday party hosts who love working with children to join our team! You will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for children and their families from the minute you walk them to their party area to serving their pizza to helping carry gifts to their car at the end of the party! (Age 15+)
• Food and Beverage Cashier: A food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking customer orders, and handling payments. Cashiers will interact directly with guests to ensure a smooth, efficient process for purchasing and receiving orders. (Age 15+)
• Food and Beverage Cook: A Food and Beverage Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food for their food location. This role involves following recipes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. (Age 16+)
• Bartender: Bartenders interact with guests and serve alcoholic drinks including cocktails, beer, and seltzers. Bartenders create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service, managing drink orders, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. (Age 18+)
• Cabana Server: A Cabana Server provides excellent food and beverage service to our most premium level of guests. Cabana Servers will greet and walk guests to their cabana, serve food and drinks to guests, and ensure that their cabana section is kept clean and tidy throughout the day. (Age 18+)
• Food and Beverage Warehouse: A warehouse team member supports food and beverage operations by ensuring products are delivered to food and beverage locations safely and promptly. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing products. (Age 18+)
• Revenue Intern:  Come splash into operational excellence! Typhoon Texas is seeking a reliable, organized Revenue Intern to join our team. The Revenue Intern is responsible for creating and assisting with financial reports. Will assist F&B Admin with administrative and business details and maintain confidentiality. Must be pursuing a hospitality management or business degree. (Age 18+)
