As a Project Engineer at Findorff, you will gain hands-on experience in Estimating, Field Operations, Safety, and Project Management. Our structured program ensures exposure to various aspects of construction, preparing you for a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform take-offs, pricing, and bid package preparation
- Assist with bidder communications and bid-day activities
- Conduct constructability and spec reviews
- Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Manage RFIs, change documents, and project schedules
- Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists and submittals
- Support the Superintendent with scheduling, material orders, and tracking productivity
- Manage RFIs, punch lists, and addenda updates
- Assist with project closeout
- Conduct routine safety audits and jobsite planning
- Gain insight from safety supervisors and attend OSHA training
