About the Role
We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our building, equipment, and workspaces running smoothly. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, support facility operations, and help create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our team.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility
- Respond to maintenance requests and helpdesk tickets
- Perform daily walkthroughs and basic repairs
- Assist with equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance
- Track supplies and support inventory needs
- Help with setups for meetings and company events
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, hands-on work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or carpentry work
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Dexterity and visual acuity to perform necessary maintenance functions and to operate machinery.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Lively, interactive working environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Working Environment
- Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and shop environments and is frequently exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
