JOB SUMMARY
The Total Rewards Consultant at Artisan Design Group will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and administering employer compensation and benefit programs. This position involves advanced modeling, data analysis, and the continued evolution of job architecture, requiring a high degree of technical and business expertise to. The role will also include the design and communication of ADG’s compensation philosophy, including pay structures and compensation budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market competitiveness. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders, across the enterprise, driving informed and equitable pay decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze, design, and administer comprehensive total rewards programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Build and maintain advanced quantitative models in Excel to support data-driven decisions, including data gathering, modeling, and analysis.
- Provide expertise and advisory services to managers on effective pay decisions and compensation best practices.
- Develop and maintain job architecture, ensuring roles are appropriately leveled, titled, and classified under FLSA guidelines.
- Design and communicate pay structures and compensation budgets in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations, analyzing job responsibilities and organizational structures to recommend internal job placement and market competitiveness.
- Participate in and manage compensation surveys; conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and industry compensation trends.
- Perform in-depth market analyses, including geographical labor studies, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex job-matching and data issues, proactively driving solutions.
- Develop and administer benefits programs; create and deliver engaging communication materials to educate associates on eligibility and coverage information.
- Lead and participate in the development of enterprise-wide compensation and benefit initiatives, ensuring best-in-class practices.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7+ years of related experience in compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration, FP&A, or similar field
- Advanced expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and macros. Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate) and Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute solutions for complex challenges.
- Proven ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data using logical and systematic processes.
- Skilled in developing diverse compensation structures and competitive pay models tailored to global or regional markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team lead on strategically significant technical and business matters.
- Demonstrated track record of managing projects under pressure and ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting presentations and communicating findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, and accounting requirements related to compensation.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
