Job Summary:
As a Dishwasher at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly, supporting our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing Dishes: Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including keeping floors and work surfaces free of debris.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recyclables, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting Staff: Assist kitchen staff with food prep and other tasks as needed during peak hours.
- Porter Responsibilities: Clean, organize, stock all restroom needs
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
