• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Promote specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
