Revenue
- Food and Beverage Cook (Age 16+): F&B cook's primary role is to take charge of grilling and frying food in stands. Moreover, F&B cooks have other duties such as preparing supplies and ingredients, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, and training new members of the workforce
- Food and Beverage Cashier (Age 15+): F&B cashiers primary role is to greet the guests as they approach the window. Take guest orders with a smile on your face always. Always try to upsale guest to AYCD if they choose a large drink. Confirm order with guest to ensure accuracy. communicate with Cooks to ensure food remains full and fresh.
- Food and Beverage Prep (Age 15+): F&B Prep's primary role is to prepare the hamburger buns with the proper toppings as ordered. Communication with the cooks is critical to ensure orders are prepared correctly. Preps responsibilities also include making sure dipping sauces are prepared and fully stocked, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes are fully prepared and ready for service.
- Cabana Server (Age 18+): Cabana Serviers must be able to work efficiently and professionally in a fast paced, outdoor environment, taking food orders for our Cabana Guests. (2 to 8 guest per Cabana per Day). have apassion for delivering outstanding guests service. Ability to move quickly throughout the day to provide exceptional service to every cabana in your area.
- Admissions (Age 15+): Handling the ticketing and entry process for guests. Responsibilities include selling tickets, checking tickets at the entrance, providing information about park amenities, and managing guest flow. The role may also involve assisting with guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of admissions. Customer service skills and a friendly attitude are key in this position.

- Park Services Team Member (Age 15+): We will sweep you off your feet! A park service attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the park, including restrooms, food areas, and poolside spaces. They assist guests by providing information, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Additionally, they may handle lost and found items, refill restroom supplies, and support other staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Park Services Manager (Age 18+): The Park Services Manager is critical to overall park presentation including safety and guest experience. The Park Services Manager is directly responsible for the Park Services team. They are called to quickly respond to situations in the park and staff. The Park Services Manager is directly accountable for maintaining and meeting high cleanliness standards in the department.
- Operations Admin (Age 18+): An operations admin manages day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the park's operations. They handle scheduling, coordinate staff, and assist with customer service inquiries. Additionally, they help with managing Ellis and Associates admin requirements and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Administration
- Human Resource Intern (Age 18+): a human resources intern will support our HR team with coordinating hiring events, assisting with scheduling and candidate communications and several other key functions including but not limited to onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation materials, Scheduling interviews and managing check-ins during interview process, assist in planning and organizing employee programs and provide support for initiatives that enhance employee morale and engagement, track and follow up with candidates, prepare and distribute materials, preform other HR - related duties, helps with selling and assigning uniforms to team members
- Cash Control Team Member (Age 18+): The cash control intern will be responsible for placing the assigned tills in the correct registers for daily operations, upon closing removes tills and validates till amounts, cleans and organizes cash control offices daily.
- Customer Service Rep (Age 18+): answering phones, helping guest with questions and concerns, making cabana bookings over the phone when needed, calling guest back when needed, helping with lost and found communications.
