HVAC Service Technician
Haven Services & Hetter Heating and Cooling Haven Services & Hetter Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including:
- Forced warm air furnaces
- Low-pressure boilers
- Hydronic heating systems
- Walk-in coolers
- Commercial water heaters
- Central air conditioning systems
- Utilize strong technical and electrical knowledge in both residential and commercial settings
- Perform accurate system evaluations and provide effective repair solutions
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver top-level customer service
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Document service work and communicate clearly with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Less than 5 years of experience? We still encourage you to apply!
- Minimum 3 years of credible HVAC service technician experience required
- Strong electrical background
- Valid EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
- Valid, current driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
Pre-Employment Requirements Employees must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including:
- Criminal background check
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Drug screening
Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees who operate company vehicles must maintain a driving record that remains insurable under the company’s insurance provider.
