As the Command Center Supervisor, you’ll be the glue that holds our Command Center together—leading the team with confidence, tackling challenges head-on, and overseeing operations with precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the AIC Command Center, providing mentorship and unwavering support to Command Center Agents.
- Manage escalations during remote monitoring, ensuring timely resolution and smooth operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and technology experts to tackle operational hurdles and elevate the customer experience.
- Prepare insightful reports and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Maintain detailed documentation, facilitate consistent and comfortable rides, and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Be an integral part of incident response strategies and develop efficient technical procedures for our autonomous platform
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to our Command Center Agents, all while staying ahead in emerging technologies.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical field or within an IT customer support role (preferred)
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and work with complex software systems
- Ability to understand and present high level data
- Ability to confidently and accurately multi-task issues
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with clients
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to support shift schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals
- Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors, and contractors
- Must be able to visually inspect tools, vehicle, equipment, and/or machines
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Must have a good driving record, with current FL driver's license
- Must pass Beep AV operator training and certification
