Guthrie Green is Looking for an Event Specialist!

Do you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences while collaborating with an amazing team? Do you thrive on the excitement of pulling off the perfect event, from brainstorming the initial concept to watching it come to life? If so, we want you to join our team as an Event Specialist.

As an Event Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind some of the most amazing events – whether it's a fitness class in the park, an exciting concert under the city lights, fan-favorite Food Truck Wednesdays or third-party community events.  If you have a passion for crafting jaw-dropping experiences and love to make every detail shine, we're the place for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Get your creative energy flowing: From décor to entertainment, you’ll come up with unique and engaging ideas that will turn any event into an extraordinary memory for those in attendance.
  • Manage moving parts: You’ll coordinate with venues, vendors, and the Guthrie Green team to make sure every detail falls into place, from the first invite to the last guest leaving.
  • Make it happen: On event day, you’re in charge! Make sure everything runs smoothly, troubleshoot on the fly, and ensure guests are having a great time.
  • Feedback and fun: After the event, you’ll gather client and team feedback so you can continue to improve at creating epic events.

Who You Are:

  • Creative visionary: You see the big picture but also care for the little details that make an event truly memorable.
  • Master of time management: Deadlines don’t scare you. You can juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat.
  • People person: You love building relationships and talking to clients, vendors, and guests. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you feel confident in handling any situation with ease.
  • Problem solver: The unexpected happens at events, but you can keep your cool and find a solution.
