Description

Job Title: Waste Collector

Our waste management company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Waste Collector to join our team. As a Waste Collector, you will be responsible for collecting trash from door to door and all breezeways in residential and commercial areas. 

Responsibilities:

- Collect trash from door to door and all breezeways in residential and commercial areas

- Sort and separate recyclable materials from non-recyclable materials

- Operate waste collection equipment such as compactors and trucks

- Ensure that all waste is properly disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

1) Must be able to work Sat-Thurs 7pm-10pm or 11pm

2) Must have a truck

3) Must have a clean background 

4) Must be able to communicate

5) Must be able to assist at other call outs.
