What we are looking for:
 

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel-powered vehicles. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.


Experience:

· Certification in diesel technology preferred.

· Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, with a strong understanding of diesel engine mechanics.

· Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues.

· Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computer software used in modern diesel engines.

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

· Valid driver’s license or CDL with a clean driving record.

Work Location:

Farley, IA with travel to other locations as needed.

Requirements

 Responsibilities will include:

· Light-duty and heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience a plus 

· Inspect and diagnose issues with diesel engines using advanced diagnostic tools.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks.

· Repair or replace faulty components including engine replacement, engine rebuilds, fuel injectors, pumps, and brakes.

· Maintain detailed records or repairs and maintenance activities.

· Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
