Description

The Baker will be responsible for following recipes provided. Showing up to work in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Arrive to work in a timely manner and be ready for the shift on time
  • Responsible for preparing the Donuts for serves.
  • Proficiently operate kitchen machinery. 
  • Efficiently follow provided recipes to the specifications of the manager 
  • Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the Manager to ensure timely restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs, 
  • Possession of reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts, reflecting commitment and dependability.
  • Completion of high school education with either a diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements

This Baker position is a physically demanding position. The employee with be on their feet for most of the shift and are expected to left heavy objects.
