What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Be a cutting stylist with extra responsibilities—showcase your skills and inspire your team.
  • Drive Results: Support salon goals for sales, customer service, and productivity.
  • Coach & Develop: Mentor stylists, providing real-time feedback to help them grow.
  • Communicate with Leadership: Provide updates to upper management on salon performance and staffing needs.
  • Follow Scheduling Guidelines: Implement schedules set by corporate leadership and ensure the team is covered during peak times.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and fully compliant with State Board regulations.
  • Promote Team Spirit: Celebrate wins and foster a positive salon culture.
  • Handle Customer Concerns: Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


  • Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).
  • Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
  • Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.
  • Results-Driven: Committed to hitting sales goals and driving customer loyalty.
  • Customer-Focused: Delivering top-tier service is your passion.
  • Reliable & Professional: Ready to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.
