Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Work Hours:
This position is for 1st shift, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets.
  • Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
  • Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
